How do I request removal of my firm from these rankings?

Use the form on this page and choose 'Request removal or amendment of a firm listing'. Give the firm name and say what you want amended or removed, with supporting material if you have it. Requests are reviewed against the published methodology, and a firm does not need to pay anything at any stage.

How do corrections work?

A correction is applied to the underlying criterion rating rather than to a single page, so it flows through to every category score the firm appears in. The review date on the affected pages is updated when a correction is accepted. Firms cannot pay to have a rating changed.

Can you tell me which law firm to use?

No. This site publishes an assessment of firms against published criteria; it is not a legal advice service and it does not act for readers. If you are weighing up options, you can send your situation through the form and we will point you to the parts of the rankings and the methodology that bear on it. Anything specific to your claim needs advice from a lawyer you retain.

Will you publish what I send you?

No. Enquiries are read by the publisher and are not published on the site. Where a firm sends material supporting a correction, only the resulting change to the rating is published, not the correspondence.
